If alternate documentation is provided, it must include all the information required by Attachment 3 herein.

Project Title: Hopewell Furnace National Historical Park (HOFU) – Remove and Replace Fence

1. Technical Quote (File I). The technical quote will be used to make an evaluation and arrive at a determination as to whether the quote will meet the requirements of the Government. Therefore, the technical quote must present sufficient information to reflect a thorough understanding of the requirements and a detailed description of the techniques, procedures, and program for achieving the objectives of the Statement of Work and any additional documentation included through attachments.

☐ a. Technical Capability. This section of the technical quote should clearly describe the offeror's proposed approach to performing the requirement as detailed in the solicitation, scope of work, and its included attachments. It should clearly indicate which work is self-performed and which work is to be subcontracted. It should also identify which equipment will be used in performance of this project and include a draft project schedule. Contractor must include any licenses and/or certification in accordance with the SOW, Section C.10. Key Type Here

Biobased Certification

1. Offerors shall identify the Biobased products to be purchased and used under this contract. For each Biobased product. The offeror shall specify the percentage of Biobased content, and for the USDA-designated Biobased content products, the offeror shall demonstrate that the products to be used under this contract will contain the percentage specified in the USDA recommendations or the highest level of Biobased material practicable, consistent with USDA’s recommended percentages of Biobased content.
