Text version

1. Do you have a covered ground level location (garage/carport) to temporarily deliver the item, before the final destination?

Answer: Yes, the above address of Bldg. 355 is our FMS warehouse where all of our furniture for the dorms is stored.

2. Are there any obstacles that the truck may encounter during delivery?

Answer: No. The trucks can back right up to our warehouse doors. If it’s a tractor trailer backing in won’t be possible, but there’s a parking lot right there to pull in while we unload.

Installation Question:

1. What room will the item be placed in?

Answer: The furniture is for our common area day rooms that our located in the center of the Bldg. All day rooms for this purchase our either on the 1st or 2nd floor with stairwell access right next to the room.

2. Does the install location have fragile walls or floors?

Answer: No

3. Can you confirm if this will fit to the entry/pathway going to the room of choice where this will be installed? (For Billiard Table)

Answer: We’ve had previous billiard tables in place, so yes this will work.

4. Is there designated parking for the installer's vehicle?

Answer: When we have a date we can coordinate parking and clear spaces as needed.

5. Is installation/assembly required or will standard delivery be ok?

Answer: Installation and assembly is preferred right now but in the event that installation can’t be provided, the customer is still requesting all quotes to be submitted with the possibility that we may remove installation & assembly when awarding the contract. The customer can store all items at the FMS warehouse until all items arrive and/or they have their own installation capabilities as needed.
