About this file

This document is an Attachment 3 to a state procurement request (REQ-DASOBO-00066756) in Oregon, which outlines the procurement progress for a new scheduling and time tracking solution for the Oregon State Hospital (OSH). The key actions and milestones completed to begin the market research process include project approval, timeline development, and coordination between various state agencies such as the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Department of Administrative Services (DAS), and the Office of Information Services (OIS). The procurement process will involve both a non-IT project special procurement request for a contract extension, as well as an IT project with a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new solution. Market research is ongoing, and a funding source is still being determined for the estimated $150,000 cost of vendor services to assist with documenting requirements and pre-RFP development.

The document also references a related state and local contract opportunity for an "OHS Work Force Time Keeping and Staffing" solution, which is a notice of special procurement for the Oregon State Hospital workforce management. Pricing terms, set asides, incumbent vendors, and other salient details are not provided in this attachment.
