About this file

This is a Pricing Worksheet template for labor, materials, and indirect costs related to the JFET Engineering Services contract opportunity. The worksheet is designed for contractors to populate pricing information across a five-year performance period consisting of one base year and four option years. The labor section requires contractors to identify all proposed labor categories, specify hours for each category, and provide hourly rates for calculation of total labor costs. Supporting cost elements include fringe benefits and overhead, which are calculated as percentages of labor costs, along with itemized materials, travel expenses, and other direct costs. The pricing structure incorporates indirect costs including General & Administrative (G&A) expenses and Profit/Fee, both calculated as percentages of the subtotal, to arrive at a grand total contract value. A separate Materials tab allows detailed itemization of equipment and supplies needed for contract performance. The template also requires contractors to document escalation factors for option years based on reputable economic indices and to provide supporting documentation for cost assumptions and historical data. This is a blank template with all fields set to zero, requiring offerors to input their specific pricing data for the small business set-aside Engineering Technician Services contract.
