About this file

This document appears to be an attachment related to a pre-registration workflow for visitor access to a military installation. The key details are:

The process involves a visitor registering using a generic pre-registration link, with their data displayed on a secure web portal for Visitor Control Center (VCC) personnel to review. VCC personnel then submit the visitor data for ID verification and background check processing. If all checks are clear, the visitor receives a text message with pass approval notification and pass start/end dates. If derogatory information is found, VCC personnel review it and either approve or deny the visitor's pass. If approved, the visitor can access the installation using their driver's license or a printed pass. The scanning device validates the pass and retrieves the visitor's registration information. VCC personnel must be CJIS certified to review visitor data.
