About this file

This is a Packaging Requirements document (AFMC Form 158) for Purchase Instrument Number FD20202600351-00, Version 1, generated on January 23, 2026. The document specifies packaging standards for five line items under the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), with all requirements aligned to MIL-STD 129 Revision R and MIL-STD 2073-1 Revision E. Four items (6105DTG26019AFD, 6105DTG26019DFD, 6105DTG26019CFD, and 6105DTG26019BFD) designated with PACRNs AAA through AAD require "No Packaging Data Required." The document includes a comprehensive statement addressing United Nations-implemented restrictions on wood packaging material (WPM) designed to prevent invasive species such as the pinewood nematode. All wooden lumber, pallets, and containers must be constructed from debarked wood and heat-treated to 56 degrees Centigrade (133 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes, with certification and marking required by an accredited agency recognized by the American Lumber Standards Committee (ALSC).

The fifth line item (6105013150540FD), designated PACRN AAE, requires MIL Long Line Packaging at Packaging Level B with specific coded data parameters including unit pack weight of 15.00 ounces, length of 14.5 inches, width of 14.5 inches, depth of 16.5 inches, and cube of 2.007 cubic inches. Supplemental packaging instruction F000003XE5 applies to this item. All items must be packaged and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1 for military packaging and MIL-STD-129 for military marking, with shipping containers requiring additional marking and bar coding that may exceed standard requirements, including unit serial numbers, original equipment manufacturer names, or OEM model numbers as specified. The packaging requirements were signed by Bradley J Talbot, Packaging Specialist with the 406 SCMS/GULAA organization on January 20, 2026.
