Instructions to Offerors

ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1:

In addition to price, the government will analyze the following additional factors: past performance, special features, probable life, warranty, maintenance availability, environmental and energy efficiency, and delivery terms. Please provide any relevant information in any of these areas. The government may also obtain information in these areas through internal sources.

Offerors must quote on all line items of the solicitation. Offeror must input unit prices for the listed items pertaining to each CLIN and the extended total will be calculated on the spreadsheet for each item.

Quotes are required to be submitted electronically via e-mail to 97CONF.PKA.Contracting@us.af.mil and andres.lugo@us.af.mil.
