About this file

This document is an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 that establishes submission requirements for a federal contract opportunity. Offerors must submit pricing on page 3 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document and provide technical submissions as a secondary document. The technical submission must be clear, concise, and sufficiently detailed to enable government evaluation and substantiate all claims. Proposals cannot simply restate salient characteristics or use generic language; instead, they must provide convincing rationale demonstrating how the technical offer meets solicitation requirements. Offerors should assume the government has no prior knowledge of their experience and base evaluation solely on information presented in the proposal.

All submission documents must be sent electronically via email to daric.giles@us.af.mil and 97CONF.PKA.Contracting@us.af.mil. Offerors are required to input unit prices for listed items corresponding to each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). This addendum modifies standard commercial item solicitation procedures to require more detailed technical documentation and structured pricing submission.
