About this file

This document contains an Indian Owned Economic Enterprise Representation form to be included in federal solicitations and contracts. The form requires certification that the offeror meets the definition of an Indian Owned Economic Enterprise as outlined in relevant sections of the federal acquisition regulation. To qualify, the enterprise must meet ownership and control requirements by enrolled members of a federally recognized Indian tribe at the time of offer, award, and throughout contract performance. Any false claims or misleading information provided are subject to civil and criminal penalties.

The related federal contract opportunity is for roof and fence replacement/repair services at the Cherokee Agency buildings in Eastern Oklahoma. The solicitation is identified along with the issuing Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs contracting office. Indian economic enterprise preferences appear to apply based on the representation form but further details on response date, award timing, and specific requirements are not provided in the documents shared.
