About this file

Additional performance requirements include controlling pests according to an approved plan, keeping areas free from trash and litter within specified complaint thresholds, properly maintaining irrigation systems, and submitting all required deliverables on schedule. Liquidated damages of $250 per complaint will be assessed if the number of complaints exceed designated monthly limits for certain performance requirements. The contractor must also comply with all applicable FAR clauses such as combating trafficking in persons and service contract reporting if the contract value meets the threshold.
