About this file
This document is a delivery schedule and quality compliance checklist for a bulk corn procurement. The requirement specifies delivery of 4,500 bushels of Type 2 Yellow Whole Corn (2024 or 2025 harvest) via five bulk semi-loads of 900 bushels each. Load 1 must be delivered immediately upon award (ARO), with subsequent loads scheduled for Late Winter 2026, Early Spring 2026, Mid-April 2026, and by May 15, 2026, which serves as the hard deadline for all deliveries.
Every load must meet specific quality compliance requirements before unloading, including moisture content below 15%, absence of mold, insects, and insect damage, and minimal dust and kernel cracking. Delivery must occur exclusively via bulk semi-load method to silos or storage bins equipped with high-clearance access capable of accommodating bulk semi-discharges. No alternative delivery formats or methods are permitted.
