Contractors must provide newly manufactured equipment only; used or reconditioned machines are prohibited. No drop shipping or equipment substitutions are permitted without written approval from the buyer. Barcodes from existing equipment must be removed and returned to the department with the invoice; failure to provide barcodes will delay payment.
