About this file
This is a Member Submission Form for the Defense Industrial Base Consortium (DIBC), managed by the Advanced Technology International (ATI). The form is designed to collect detailed information from manufacturing and engineering companies seeking to participate in the Defense Manufacturing Readiness Exercise (DMRE), a phased effort to identify and understand manufacturing capabilities, facilities, production roles, design capabilities, and manufacturing-readiness opportunities that may contribute to future defense production capacity.
The questionnaire is structured across nine sections covering company information, facility details, manufacturing capabilities, potential production roles, quality and operational readiness, conversion agility, optional comments, Group 3 UAS/UAV-specific information, and outreach sources. Respondents provide information on company type (e.g., manufacturer, contract manufacturer, electronics manufacturer, aerospace manufacturer, precision machining, systems integrator, engineering services provider), workforce size, prior defense and federal contracting experience, end markets served, facility functions and workforce levels, current manufacturing capabilities (precision machining, metal fabrication, composite fabrication, electronics assembly, testing and inspection, etc.), typical production environments and order quantities, quality certifications (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, NADCAP, FAA Production Approval, CMMC, ITAR registration), ERP systems in use, and design and manufacturing engineering capabilities. The form also assesses production capacity availability, lead times, facility resources, ability to increase operations, multi-firm team participation willingness, and factors influencing participation. For Group 3 UAS/UAV design owners or current producers, additional sections address UAS-related production support capabilities and willingness to discuss production bottlenecks, supplier constraints, technical data needs, and qualification pathways. Submissions are valid for 36 months and may be shared with authorized U.S. Government agencies and, for Australia-, Canada-, and UK-based companies, their respective governments. This form is not a proposal, pricing request, commitment to future work, or source selection vehicle.

Member Submission Form
Purpose
The Defense Manufacturing Readiness Exercise (DMRE) is a phased effort to identify and better understand manufacturing capabilities, facilities, production roles, design capabilities, and other manufacturing-readiness opportunities that may contribute to future defense production capacity.
This questionnaire helps the Government understand your organization's capabilities, facilities, products, services, capacity, technical expertise, and potential production roles.
You do not need prior defense experience to participate.
Facility Submission Guidance
Each submission should represent a single facility.
If your organization wishes to nominate multiple facilities, submit a separate questionnaire for each facility.
Company-level information may be repeated across submissions. Facility-specific responses should reflect only the facility identified in this questionnaire.
Facilities may be evaluated independently for:
Production-role suitability Discovery participation Prototype participation Readiness assessment CRMN-related disposition
This questionnaire is:
Not a proposal Not a request for pricing Not a commitment to future work Not a source selection
Please answer based on your current operations.
The Government is not requesting:
