About this file

This document details a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance services for the 823 Red Horse Squadron (823 RHS) at Hurlburt Field, FL. The agreement covers the period from 31 October 2025 to 30 October 2030, with a total Master Dollar purchase limitation of $500,000 and an individual call limit of $25,000. The contractor is required to provide comprehensive maintenance services, including management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor as requested by the Contracting Officer.

The BPA outlines specific requirements for quotes, including detailed documentation such as call numbers, estimated hours for repairs, listings of parts and components, and pricing information. For parts exceeding $3,000, the contractor must provide three quotes to demonstrate the best pricing. Invoices will be processed through the 823 RHS using a Government Purchase Card (GPC). The government's obligation is limited to actual calls placed against the agreement, and the BPA is considered complete when total purchases reach the Master Dollar Limit or the contract period expires.
