The Government's obligation is limited to authorized calls placed by authorized personnel against authorized line items. Calls made by the Contracting Officer may exceed $2,000.00 and must be invoiced through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil/index.xhtml, while all other authorized callers cannot exceed this threshold. Payment methodology differs by call amount: calls below $2,000.00 are paid via Government Purchase Card, while payments exceeding $2,000.00 are submitted to WAWF via AF 616 form or call order executed by the Contracting Officer. Authorized callers are identified in an Authorized Caller letter specifying position title, individual name, organizational component, and dollar limitations per purchase. Contractors must include specific minimum information on delivery tickets (contractor name, BPA number, call number, date, service number, itemized supplies/services, and placing individual name) and submit itemized invoices at least monthly for services rendered. The BPA may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice, and the agreement must be reviewed annually and revised to comply with applicable statutes, Executive orders, FAR regulations, and supplements.
