About this file
This is an attachment listing additional provisions and clauses for a federal contract solicitation dated 11 September 2026. The document is a template/toolcat that does not address specific required products or services, response dates, award dates, pricing terms, or set-asides. Instead, it serves as a reference guide enumerating the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses applicable to the procurement.
The attachment includes over 50 standard federal contracting clauses organized into two main categories: FAR clauses (52.xxx series) and DFARS clauses (252.xxx series). Key clause categories cover ethics and compliance (gratuities, whistleblower protections, confidentiality agreements), system registrations and certifications (SAM registration and maintenance), labor standards (convict labor, child labor, trafficking in persons, equal opportunity for veterans and workers with disabilities), procurement policies (Buy American requirements, prohibited sources including Xinjiang and the Maduro regime, inverted domestic corporations), payment procedures (electronic funds transfer, WAWF payment instructions), and other operational requirements (sustainable products, text messaging while driving, post-award debriefings). Most clauses carry deviations dated February through April 2026, with some provisions dating back to earlier years (as far back as 1984 for certain clauses). The document also includes specific WAWF routing data tables and contact information for payment processing (Ms. Jodi King, jking8@alaska.edu; WAWF helpdesk: 866-618-5988), indicating this is a Department of Defense solicitation.
