DESCRIPTON / SPECIFICATIONS
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
C-1 – SCOPE OF CONTRACT
This contract requires vault pumping of vault toilets, at recreation sites on the Heber-Kamas Ranger District, of the Unita-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. This work shall be performed in compliance with the unique terms, specifications, and provisions of this document. This includes labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals.
C-2 – LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION
The work will be located on the Heber-Kamas Ranger District, Uinta-Wastach-Cache National Forest in, Wasatch and Summit Counties. The recreation sites requiring vault pumping service are listed below:

C-3 – SCHEDULE OF WORK
The majority of toilets on the district will be pumped twice a year, during the first part of June (As soon as snow melts) and the first part of October. Some toilets will be pumped once per year, during the first part of June, and two are on an as needed basis.
See attached, “Schedule of Items” for specifics on frequency and distances.
C-4 – PUMPING SPECIFICATION
Work shall conform with Section C.2. of attached Vault Toilet Pumping Contract Specifications see Section C.2-1 through C.2-7 for details.
C-4 – PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
Contract time: Work shall begin as soon as possible with coordination between Forest Service staff and Contracting Officer Representative after contract award and shall be completed no later than 14 calendar days.
C-5 - Measurement and Payment
Payment will be made for completed and accepted Vault Toilet Pumping per. Section C-4 Pumping Specifications.
