The check-off sheet requires contractors to document the date, arrival time, number of drivers onsite with individual arrival times, and time of completion. Contractors must initial all areas confirming they have been plowed, cleared, and/or treated, including main roads and parking lots per contract drawings, Chase Hall Center Quad area, U-Lot parking, multiple loading docks (Chase B Galley, Michel Hall, Chase C Clothing Locker, Johnson Hall), Hamilton Hall East Side Garage Door and parking, trash storage areas, Billard Garage door, housing unit back roads and garage areas, Lower Base Railroad Crossings, Boiler Plant front and back parking, MCOE Garage doors and storage, Yeaton Hall Consolidated Club trash area, Munro Parking Circle, Cadet Memorial Field (when applicable), and Access Gates.
