This document is a submission forms attachment for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation for preventive maintenance services at the U.S. Consulate in Hyderabad, India. The solicitation mandates that all participating companies maintain current registration on SAM.gov, with technical support available through the FSD.gov.in portal for registration issues, which typically responds within 12 to 48 hours.
