DESCRIPTION/ SPECIFICATION/ STATEMENT OF WORK

PURPOSE AND CONTENT

The purpose is to select a vendor to supply a service contract to be used in accessing data, providing hardware and software support and maintaining GreenFeed units, (#121, 293, 294, 835 and 836) SmartFeed Pros (#402-411), and Smartscales (#94 and 95) that are manufactured by C-Lock Inc. Units are used at the OCPARC-Southern Plains Range Research Station and the Southern Plains Experimental Range located near the USDA-ARS SPRRS, 2000 18th St., Woodward, OK 73801 and OCPARC-El Reno.

BACKGROUND

The Facilities and Site

Oklahoma and Central Plains Agricultural Research Center is seeking a contractor to allow scientist to access data collected from GreenFeed units, (#121, 293, 294, 835 and 836) SmartFeed Pros (#402-411), and Smartscales (#94 and 95) as well as assist technicians with maintaining the C-Lock equipment and ensuring equipment is in proper working condition. The equipment is used at either the Southern Plains Experimental Range or Southern Plains Range Research Station in Woodward and Harper counties Oklahoma and at Fort Reno near El Reno in Canadian county Oklahoma.

System Requirements and Specifications

The one-year service contract must include data access, hardware and software support as well as maintenance for GreenFeed units, (#121, 293, 294, 835 and 836) SmartFeed Pros (#402-411), and Smartscales (#94 and 95). The company must repair or replace all parts that wear out or break through normal wear and tear and assure unlimited and complete access to both the raw data and processed results generated by the equipment. The period of performance is 03/15/2026 to 03/14/2027.

The contract will be approved by OCPARC’s Center Director.
