About this file
This document contains a statement of work and federal contract opportunity related to engineering support services. The statement of work outlines requirements for mechanical, electrical, and software engineering expertise to support various food service equipment and ration preservation projects for the Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center. Key projects include testing unmanned provisioning systems, modular kitchen systems, and refrigerated containers. The contractor must also provide modeling, analysis, and report writing. The period of performance is five years with an estimated 1,500 hours per year and allowance for four domestic trips. The federal contract opportunity is a total small business set-aside with a deadline of July 8, 2021 to submit proposals electronically to the Army Contracting Command in Aberdeen, Maryland. The anticipated one-year base period contract valued under $16.5 million would provide similar engineering support services to the statement of work.
