The Contracting Officer will respond to quotations within 30 days of receipt. Additional work shall not be performed without written authorization and an executed modification. The USCG assumes no liability for contractor expenditures exceeding the firm fixed price without prior written Contracting Officer authorization. All replacement parts must be new and meet OEM specifications and drawings; serviceable parts identified through functional testing shall be reused. The contractor must provide personnel trained and authorized by the OEM to perform all required services.

Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW)

1.0 General
The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) has a requirement for annual maintenance service, preventative maintenance, on-site repair, software/firmware maintenance releases and hardware modifications deemed necessary for the Stratasys F770 in accordance with (IAW) the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
2.0 Requirements
Performance under this Purchase Order shall be performed at:

The Contractor will provide the Emerald Care warranty/service plan to the Stratasys F770 which includes parts and labor for annual maintenance service, preventative maintenance, on-site repair, software/firmware maintenance releases, and hardware modifications deemed necessary. The period of coverage will be from September 13, 2026 through June 28, 2027. Additional repair charges may apply.

2.1 Over and Above Hardware and/or Repairs
If the Contractor determines that the Stratasys F770 requires a replacement of parts, and/or additional labor hours, not already covered under this order, the Contractor shall provide a separate quote for this work. The quotation shall include a description of repairs, itemized pricing of replacement parts, hardware, and the number of labor hours required to complete the repairs. No work shall be performed until an executed modification is in place.
The Contracting Officer will be responsible for reviewing the quotation. Every effort will be made to provide approval in time to allow the Contractor to complete the repair. If this is not possible, the Contracting Officer will respond to the quotation no later than 30 days after receipt. Additional work shall not be performed until the quotation is accepted and a modification is provided by the Contracting Officer.
The USCG shall not be liable for any amount expended by the Contractor in excess of the applicable firm fixed price reflected in the schedule unless prior written authorization has been given by the Contracting Officer.
2.2 Replacement Parts
Parts of the Stratasys F770 found to be in a serviceable condition as a result of functional testing shall be reused. Missing parts and parts found to be defective or that require replacement according to the

OEM’s recommendations shall be replaced with parts meeting the OEM’s specifications and drawings.
Replacement parts shall be new.
3.0 Contractor Personnel
3.1 Qualified Personnel
The Contractor shall provide personnel qualified to perform all requirements specified in this SOW.
Qualified personnel shall have been trained and authorized by the OEM to perform these services.
