About this file
This document is a Sources Sought Technical Information attachment related to a federal contract opportunity for Network Switches Compatible with Cisco Systems, Inc.
The attachment requests information from vendors on commercially available network switches that have been integrated with Cisco Systems to meet cybersecurity requirements for a Smart Grid system. Specifically, vendors are asked to provide model numbers, product descriptions, switch applications, and technical data sheets for their network switch offerings. Vendors are also asked to identify 1-3 previous projects where they successfully configured non-Cisco switches to integrate with Cisco Systems and meet cybersecurity requirements for a Smart Grid system. For each project, vendors should provide customer contact information, a project description, contract details, and value if available.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for Network Switches Compatible with Cisco Systems, Inc. The purpose is to determine a list of commercially available network switches that are 100% compatible with the Smart Grid system and have been integrated with Cisco Systems to meet cybersecurity requirements.
