About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) document containing a single question about document splitting capabilities for FEMA's Inbound Mail Operations services. The question specifically asks vendors to address whether they can split and create copies of single documents that are meant for multiple registrations, as required by FEMA, and to identify any technical concerns or challenges with this requirement. Vendors are instructed to attach their responses along with their company's Capabilities Statement.

This document appears to be part of a larger RFI package related to FEMA's Individuals and Households Program (IHP), focusing on contractor mail operations support. The question addresses a specific technical requirement for handling disaster applicant correspondence, particularly the ability to process documents that need to be duplicated across multiple registration files.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

INBOUND MAIL OPERATIONS

QUESTION:

Regarding document splitting—when an applicant sends in one document which is meant for multiple registrations, FEMA requires that the contractor can split and create copies for however many registrations the applicant indicates. Is this possible and/or are there any technical concerns or challenges with this requirement?

There are no additional questions. Please attach your response with your company’s Capabilities Statement.
