Number Question 1 Which parts of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) can be performed by AbilityOne?

2 What is your plan for invoicing the government? Include timely submission of subcontractors cost in invoicing plan.

3 What experience do you have working with government contracts?

4 What is your experience in Service Delivery in shared services business model?

5 Have you delivered the services under a government contract describe in the PWS?

6 Have you supported other shared services organizations and what were your best practices with them?

7 What motivates you to perform at a high level for the entire period of performance in a firm fixed price contract?

8 If competed full and open, what are your recommended goals for subcontracting?

9 Share any industry standards/best practices for managing a customer contact center and/or enterprise service desk.

10 Have you developed any best practices for service delivery under this PWS in a remote work environment? How will you continue to provide excellent service going forward given the challenges unique to remote work?

11 Who are some of the small businesses you are considering partnering with, and how do they enhance your offering?

12 Identify any concerns or suggestions in performing the requirements in the draft PWS.

13 It can take several years to be proficient in each functional area.

16 What is your company’s approach for fostering innovation and digital transformation and otherwise keeping ahead of industry to achieve efficiencies (save costs, process improvements, etc.) but also provide a high level of customer service?

17 Of the services in the PWS, which services do you believe can be performed in a firm fixed price transactional basis model?
