About this file

The document is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for an Airflow Measurement and Testing Service Contract. The QASP outlines a comprehensive framework for monitoring and evaluating contractor performance, with specific focus on ensuring high-quality airflow measurement and testing services. Key components include performance standards for timeliness, quality, and documentation, with performance metrics tracking service completion rates and documentation accuracy.

The surveillance methodology involves direct observation, periodic inspections, documentation reviews, and customer feedback collection. The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will conduct on-site inspections and compile yearly performance reports for the Contracting Officer. If performance standards are not met, the contractor will receive written notifications detailing specific deficiencies and required corrective actions. All records related to the QASP activities will be maintained for the contract's duration, ensuring comprehensive tracking and accountability of the contractor's performance.
