Shipments must be delivered to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center in Curtis Bay, Maryland, during normal business hours, with the contractor providing advance shipping information including carrier name, shipment date, and expected arrival time. All deviations require prior written approval from the Coast Guard Contracting Officer. Non-compliance with packaging, packing, marking, and bar-coding requirements will result in rejection and possible return to the vendor, delaying payment.
