Performance Work Statement Exodus Bus Transportation Services
17th Force Support Squadron Goodfellow AFB, Texas
1. Contractor will provide charter bus services to and from Goodfellow Air Force Base
(GAFB), Texas, to and from San Antonio International Airport (SAT) as listed below:
1.1. Departure Trip: single date departure from December 19, 2020, to December 24, 2020, approximately 4 each 55-passenger buses (220 total seats). The dates are subject to change and dates will be finalized NLT November 01, 2020.
1.1.1. Buses will utilize the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Area (CVIA) entrance, located at the GAFB South Gate which is accessed from S. Chadbourne St. (FM1223). Buses must arrive at the parking lot adjacent building 137 and the Parade Field on Flight Line Ave, on GAFB, no later than XX p.m. on December 19-24, 2020 for loading.
1.1.2. The buses will depart from GAFB for SAT at XX a.m. on December 19-24, 2020.
1.2 Return Trip: single date return from January 2-4, 2021, approximately 4 each 55-passenger buses (220 total seats). The dates are subject to change and dates will be finalized NLT
November 01, 2020
1.2.1. The first buses must arrive at SAT no later than XX a.m. on January 2-4, 2021 for loading.
1.2.2. Buses will depart SAT for GAFB beginning at XX a.m. on January 2-4, 2021, with last bus departing at approximately XX p.m.
1.2.3. Buses will depart when full.
1.2.4. Contractor may need multiple drivers due to wait/loading times at the airport.
1.2.5. An empty bus must be onsite at SAT within 30 minutes of the departure of the previous bus.
1.2.6. Drop off: The buses will drop off the students at the base theater parking lot, Bldg. 812.
2. Contractor shall provide required information of all potential bus drivers’ to the contracting officer for base access no later than 10 a.m. on December 14, 2020. Required information is full name (first, middle, and last), date of birth, last four of the SSN and valid driver’s license number/state of issuance.
3. Bus drivers must contact GAFB Law Enforcement Desk at 325-654-3504 no less than 10 miles/10 minutes from anticipated arrival at GAFB.
4. Buses will utilize the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Area (CVIA) entrance, located at the GAFB South Gate which is accessed from S. Chadbourne St. (FM1223).
