About this file

This is a Pricing Submittal Form for RFQ S-62900-00012801 from the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) for mastication services. The work involves fuels reduction through mastication services across six units at Skyline Ridge, with five units ranging from 39 to 45 acres each for general mastication, and one unit of 32 acres specifically for 25-foot roadside mastication, totaling 244 acres. The form requires bidders to submit per-acre unit pricing for all listed items, though ODF reserves the right to adjust acreage during the Intent to Award phase to align with budget constraints.

The pricing must be all-inclusive, incorporating all travel, per diem, transportation, and other expenses in the unit price, with no separate payments for travel time, move-in/move-out, or demobilization costs. Payment will only be made for inspected and certified acceptable work. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder based on the total bid price, calculated by multiplying estimated acreage by unit price. ODF reserves the right to award all, part, or none of the bid items based on the agency's best interests, considering factors including price, experience, expertise, product functionality, suitability, and contractor responsibility under ORS 279B.110.
