BASIS OF AWARD:
Offerors must submit prices for all the locations on each item. Any quoter failing to comply with this requirement will be determined to be non-responsive. Award will be made based on the total low quote for a single unit of all items.
The Government may reject an offer as non-responsive if the pricing between items is drastically unbalanced. An offer is unbalanced when it is based on prices significantly less than cost for some work and prices are significantly overstated for other work.
Award will be made to one offeror in accordance with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations.
