The cleaning schedule is as follows for the base period:

Day of award through August 31 September 1 through December 31 January 1 through April 1

The cleaning schedule is as follows for Option Periods 1-4:

May 1 through August 31 September 1 through December 31 January 1 through April 1

The performance dates within the above identified schedule shall be coordinated and approved by the Contract Officer’s Representative (COR).

Variation in Estimated Quantity

If the quantity of a unit-priced item in this contract is an estimated quantity and the actual quantity of the unit-priced item varies more than 15 percent above or below the estimated quantity, an equitable adjustment in the contract price shall be made upon demand of either party. The equitable adjustment shall be based upon any increase or decrease in costs due solely to the variation above 115 percent or below 85 percent of the estimated quantity. If the variation of quantity is within the 15 percent above the additional quantities will be invoice and paid at the unit price incorporated into the contract.

Contractor will only be able to invoice for actual cubic yards removed.
