The contractor must provide twice-weekly services (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for offices, conference rooms, hallways, lobbies, lunchrooms, patios, elevators, and restrooms, which include vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, wet mopping, and disinfecting. Weekly additional tasks include polishing drinking fountains, spot-cleaning glass doors, and disinfecting shower floors. Performance standards require completion of scheduled service requirements and maintenance of customer satisfaction with fewer than three to seven discrepancies per month depending on the task category, with a one percent invoice reduction applied for any month failing to meet acceptable quality levels. The contractor must designate a contract manager available during business hours and submit a Quality Control Plan within 30 days of award and an employee roster prior to work commencement.
