This is a Memorandum for Record documenting the receipt and safeguarding requirements for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) related to Solicitation FA461326Q0002 for Genset Decommission Radio Tower R01 (Service) at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The solicitation is managed by the 90th Contracting Squadron (90 CONS/PKAB) under Project Number GHLN 25-2741. Eligibility to receive CUI documents requires vendors to demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.204-7019 and DFARS 252.204-7020 by completing a Basic Assessment/NIST SP 800-171 evaluation in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), with a minimum score of 110 completed within the last three years, or alternatively, possessing Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2. Once verification is confirmed in SPRS, contractors must request CUI documents via email from 2LT Walter Wheeler (walter.wheeler.1@us.af.mil) or Mrs. Liezel McIntyre (liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil), with materials provided through DoD SAFE Link. CUI documents must be returned with contractor proposals and destroyed using cross-cut shredders producing 1mm x 5mm particles or disintegrator devices with 2.4mm security screens.
