About this file
This document is a Memorandum for Record from the 90th Missile Wing Contracting Squadron regarding a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Release for a Sources Sought solicitation (FA461326Q2000) for a Relocatable Facility. The document outlines strict information safeguarding requirements for potential contractors, including specific destruction methods for CUI documents using cross-cut shredders or disintegrator devices. Vendors must demonstrate compliance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements by completing a Basic Assessment/NIST SP 800-171 in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) before receiving documents.
To obtain the CUI documents, contractors must first verify their compliance in SPRS and then request the materials via email from specific Air Force contacts (1st Lt Kamary Williams and Mrs. Liezel McIntyre). The documents will be transmitted through a DoD SAFE Link. The specific CUI document referenced is "CUI_GHLN25-9490 Temporary RLF Building 1502_12.03.2025", indicating a temporary relocatable facility (RLF) at Building 1502, with a document date of December 3, 2025. Contractors must sign an acknowledgment form confirming their understanding of information safeguarding protocols and agree to return the documents with their statement of capability.
