About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the requirements for installing a new 4,032 square foot Relocatable Facility (RLF) at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming, dated 1 December 2025. The project involves comprehensive site preparation, including earthwork, exterior utilities, stairs, ramps, parking lot striping, and the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of a modular or prefabricated building assembly. The facility will consist of six modular trailers configured to accommodate various offices such as Weapons En Tech, Director's Office, Field Operations, Programming and Scheduling, Depot Production Support, and a Conference/Training room.

Key technical requirements include installing new utilities (6" sanitary sewer line, 1" copper waterline, electrical and communications conduits), implementing comprehensive security and operational protocols, and meeting environmental and safety standards. The contractor must provide hurricane ties to withstand 115 mph wind loads, install ADA-compliant ramps, implement a communications infrastructure with fiber optic cables, and ensure all electrical, HVAC, and finishing work meets specific government specifications. The project emphasizes utility conservation, environmental compliance, and strict security measures, with the facility to be located in an existing parking lot east of building B1502.
