About this file
This is an Evaluation Instructions document for a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for twelve (12) Sharp Commercial Displays, brand name or equal. The Government will award a single purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements and provides the lowest evaluated price. Quotes must be composed of two parts: Part I addressing technical capabilities and Part II addressing pricing and GSA FSS catalog information if applicable.
Part I requires vendors to provide company technical capability documentation including equipment specifications sheets, warranty information, delivery requirements, and responses addressing each physical specification and performance capability listed in the attached SOW. Technical capability will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis, with failure to address any SOW requirement resulting in disqualification. Part II will be evaluated using the lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA) method, with the lowest price determined by multiplying the number of units (12) by the corresponding unit price to obtain an extended price. Vendors with a GSA/FSS vehicle contract must provide their contract number, copies of all GSA schedule catalogs and price lists for the proposed catalog holder and teaming partners, applicable Special Item Numbers, and volume pricing discounts offered below GSA pricing for this order. CBP reserves the right to award without further communication; therefore, vendors must submit their best pricing, terms, and conditions in their initial response.

For Sharp Commercial Displays

The Government will award a single purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW) within this RFQ and provides the lowest evaluated price.
INSTRUCTIONS
CBP will conduct evaluations against vendors who respond to this RFQ for twelve (12) Sharp Commercial Displays, brand name or equal. CBP reserves the right to award a purchase order without further communication and exchange; therefore, each response to this request should contain the vendor's best pricing, terms, and conditions.
Quotes shall be composed of the items described below (Parts I and II). Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this request for quote could result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure its quote meets all the requirements identified herein.
Those submitting a quotation under this requirement will be evaluated on a lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA) to the Government basis. The Government will award a single PO to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to this RFQ and provides the lowest evaluated price.
• PART I: TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Provide your company’s technical capability to provide the requested equipment.
The technical capability portion of the submitted quote should include a specifications sheet of the requested equipment, address warranty information and delivery requirements, and address each physical specification and performance capability listed on the attached SOW. Technical capability will be evaluated as a pass/fail. A failure to address any of the SOW requirements may result in a disqualification and the quote eliminated from further evaluation.
• PART II: PRICING AND GSA FSS CATALOG (IF APPLICABLE)
This requirement will be evaluated using the LPTA method. The lowest price will be determined by multiplying the number of units times the corresponding unit price to obtain an extended price. Extended price for each item will be added to obtain the lowest total evaluated price.
