About this file
This document contains a template and instructions for a deployment summary to be included in proposals submitted in response to Broad Agency Announcement 693JJ3-20-BAA-0004 from the United States Department of Transportation. The announcement seeks proposals for the Complete Trip ITS4US Deployment Program, which will provide up to $40 million total to enable local partnerships to develop and deploy integrated mobility solutions achieving complete trips for all travelers.
The deployment summary template outlines six sections for offerors to complete: deployment title and site description; underserved user groups addressed; mobility needs; proposed technologies; expected outcomes; and total budget request by phase including required local matching amounts for Phases 2 and 3. Instructions specify the deployment summary is limited to two pages and failing to complete the template fully will result in a non-responsive proposal.
