Replacement of Environmental Control Units David Wills House Gettysburg National Military Park
Contract Tasks and Images 3/7/2023
Tasks to the Contractor
1) Replace 5 Siemens PXC programable controllers and with Niagara N4 JACE (Java
Application Control Engine) and associated input/output modules.
2) Integrate all existing equipment points into the Niagara N4 environment.
3) Change out all temperature sensors and add outdoor temperature sensor for sequence optimization.
4) Provide all necessary programming to successfully integrate all equipment into new front-end control system and ensure all points are communicating correctly.
5) Set up equipment scheduling to reflect the client need matched with the exact building occupancy.
6) Set up alarming on all necessary points to alert personnel of any issues as they may occur. All alarms can be sent out via SMS or email so that mission critical applications can be addressed immediately.
7) Set up trending on all applicable points. Trending can assist with preventative action or proactive reporting to identify and/or validate observed behavior. Trending will help with trouble shooting or verification of correct equipment control.
8) Create new equipment graphics using HTML 5 graphics for viewer friendly resolution on workstations, laptops, tablets, or mobile devices.
9) Provide customer training for daily operation tasks, such as scheduling, setpoint change, alarm reporting, trend analysis, and new user setup.
10) After training, all participants will be fully capable of using the BAS with comfort and ease.
