About this file
This document is an attachment containing a schedule for the AN/BQQ-10 A-RCI (Advanced Rapid Commercial Initiative) system development across three technical increments. The CAC (Commander's Critical Information System) procurement covers Technical Increments TI-22, TI-24, and TI-26, with an anticipated period of performance from November 30, 2020 through November 30, 2029.
Figure 1 presents a Gantt chart illustrating the TI/APB (Technical Increment/Agile Process Board) build schedule across fiscal years 2020 through 2030. TI-22 begins in 2020 with design and validation, followed by development and testing, manufacturing and build, and support/installs phases, completing by 2023. TI-24 commences in 2022 with similar phases (define, design and validation, development and testing, manufacturing and build, and support/installs), extending through 2025. TI-26 starts in 2024 and follows the same phased approach (define, design and validation, development and testing, manufacturing and build, and support/installs), continuing through 2029. Each increment includes defined milestones marked on the schedule, with overlapping timelines allowing concurrent development of multiple technical increments.
