About this file

This document is a detailed pricing schedule for a mini-chiller installation project. The 14-line item breakdown covers comprehensive work including site preparation, equipment supply and installation, piping modifications, electrical work, and system testing. Key technical specifications include installing a new mini-chiller with Modbus communication, high prevalence pumps, and a 60-liter inertial tank, along with specialized piping using carbon steel or multilayer materials, anti-corrosive treatments, insulation with antimicrobial protection, and electrical components like magnetothermic and GFCI devices. The project involves creating passages through walls and floors, installing piping to the fourth floor using cast iron pipes, and requires a manufacturer's authorized technician to perform the final system start-up and testing.
