About this file

This document contains the bid specification for a state of California contract for Paper, Newsprint and Carbonless from the Office of State Publishing. The contract will be for a term of three (3) years with two (2) one-year extension options. The specification details the technical requirements for two groups of paper products - Newsprint Roll Stock and Carbonless Roll and Cut Sheet. For Newsprint, the requirements cover configuration, characteristics, performance, workmanship, and environmentally preferable purchasing. For Carbonless, the specification outlines configuration, material, perforated paper, characteristics, performance, workmanship, and environmentally preferable purchasing.

The related state and local contract opportunity indicates this is a mandatory statewide contract for the state of California, specifically including Sacramento County and Sacramento City. Pricing and other commercial terms are not provided in the specification document. The contract will be awarded through a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) process.
