About this file
This is a PowerPoint presentation serving as a move guide for Radar Absorbent Material (RAM) relocation services. The document provides operational and logistical guidance for the execution of RAM relocation activities at the Air Force facility, detailing procedures, timelines, and best practices for moving RAM inventory and equipment as part of the broader B1030 RAM Relocation Services contract effort.
The guide functions as a reference tool for contractors and government personnel involved in the physical relocation work, likely containing step-by-step instructions, safety protocols, handling requirements for specialized materials, site preparation information, and quality assurance checkpoints. As a supporting attachment to the solicitation (FA930226Q0139), this move guide establishes the operational framework and expectations that contractors must follow when executing RAM relocation tasks under the resulting 5-Year Blanket Purchase Agreement with the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center. The guide ensures standardized execution across all relocation activities and serves as the foundation for developing accurate pricing estimates and labor hour projections for the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation.

Delivering Spectrum Superiority
Placing Cardboard Place the cardboard so that one side of the RAM block is covered
The other side of the RAM block should be exposed
Stacking the Second Block
Place the next block so that cardboard prevents any contact between them There should be no contact between RAM pieces
Lining up Stacks Correctly Stack another 2 blocks using the previous method, then place them on top.
The top block should be placed in the opposite direction as the bottom.
Lining up Stacks INCORRECTLY This method of stacking isn’t balanced and could fall over.
If the stack looks like this it is incorrect.
Lining up Rows of Stacks The stacks should be flush with each other when in a row If the stacks are not flush, then they will not fit together in a row
Additional Information Black RAM does NOT need cardboard to stack.
Black RAM can be stacked 6 blocks high.
Purple RAM can only be stacked 4 blocks high.
