About this file

This document is the Iran Contract Act Verification Form required for vendors bidding on or contracting with the State of California for goods or services over $1,000,000. The form requires vendors to certify they are not on the list of entities engaged in investment activities in Iran, or demonstrate they have been exempted from this requirement. Failure to comply can result in civil penalties, contract termination, and future ineligibility to bid.

The related state and local contract opportunity is IFB 24-3026 for translation and written services issued by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS). CDSS seeks to award multiple agreements to provide linguistic expertise, desktop publishing, ADA compliance, supplies, and equipment to support their translation services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be open to Sacramento County and the City of Sacramento. Responsive and responsible bidders will be selected, though the specific award criteria are not detailed.
