1. Purpose This Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) is a Government developed document used to ensure that systematic quality assurance methods are used in the administration of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The QASP is part of the contract however it is not intended to duplicate the Contractor’s quality control plan. The Forest Service reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any nonconforming supplies. Quality issues with supplies tendered for acceptance or rejected by the Government shall be resolved per the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

5. Documentation

The results of all supplied activity shall be documented on the Surveillance Activity Summary Form. The COR shall submit copies of the Surveillance Activity Summary Form at the conclusion of contract performance and whenever contractor performance fails to meet acceptable quality levels.
