About this file

This document is a Proposal Adequacy Checklist (Attachment 10) for a Logistics Integration Support (LIS) contract opportunity from the Marine Corps Logistics Command.

The checklist provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating proposal submissions across five binders: Technical (126-page limit), Past Performance (26-page limit), Small Business (40-page limit), Price (10-page limit), and Contract Documentation. Each binder has specific requirements including proper formatting, table of contents, sequential numbering, and content restrictions. Key required elements include signed SF 1449 forms, technical descriptions, warranty terms, pricing information, representations and certifications, past performance data, OCI statements, quality control plans, transition plans, and a Continuation of Essential Services Plan addressing pandemic and crisis scenarios. The checklist also requires ISO 9001:2008 certification, completed DD254 forms, and verification that all branding is removed from redacted copies. All references point to Section L of the solicitation for detailed requirements.
