The Contractor shall provide highly specialized expertise and technical services to execute the objectives specified in the PWS that directly correlate to the overarching objectives and goals of the AGC’s mission. The Contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision necessary to perform the services defined in the PWS. All tasks must be performed to the standards set forth in this document. Specifically, the Contractor shall provide highly specialized expertise and technical performance to execute the goals for the GEOINT Systems Engineering and Integration requirement. All work performed by the Contractor shall adhere to policies, processes, and standards identified in PWS Section 5, and all subparagraphs. CONUS and OCONUS travel is required during the performance of this task order.

This CLIN is designated for Other Direct Costs (ODCs) and materials are expenses other than the direct labor hours as listed in the vendor’s pricelist per Task Order. All ODCs and materials proposed must be directly related to a service being offered under the contract/ task order and can only be charged in conjunction with the service. No fee is associated with this CLIN, Not to Exceed (NTE).

COST

The Contractor shall be required to travel both the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) during the period of performance for Test and Evaluation/Network Integration (T&E/NIE) activities and SME support. Travel shall require up to five employees for various days dependent upon the destination (see the PWS for detailed locations).

This CLIN is designated for the Contract Data Requirement (CDRL) as identified in Section C Technical Exhibit B and Section J Exhibit A. The CDRL identifies which data products must be delivered by the contractor to the Government under the associated IDIQ and subsequent task orders awarded. All deliverables shall be received in digital format by the COR, unless otherwise specified in the task orders. This CLIN is Not Separately Priced (NSP).
