Warehouse Equipment Preventative Maintenance Statement of Work (SOW)

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)

Material Management Service Center (MMSC) 6351 Ammendale Road Beltsville, Maryland 20705

1. Contractors Intent:

The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with guidelines set by the United States Department of Agriculture. The Contractor shall provide all materials, implements, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, labor and all other provisions required to perform the task of vehicle government repair services for the Beltsville Service Center located at 6351 Ammendale Road, Beltsville, Maryland.

Hours services are to be performed as needed Monday- Friday.

All work shall be performed during hours agreed on by both parties. These services shall be performed as Monday- Friday. Task that will require the Contractor to perform these services after the normal core hours are agreed to by the Beltsville Service Center Management and authorized by the COTR in advance of the task being performed.

Performance of all services must in no way disturb the operation of the government daily operations.

2. Work to be performed:

The Contractor shall provide the following services to the USDA, Beltsville Service Center/Centralized Excess Property Operations (CEPO).

• Provide preventative maintenance for warehouse equipment on the following twenty-one (21) pieces of equipment:

• Provide a minimum of 3 PM services for each piece of equipment annually or based upon manufacturer recommendations

Changes in Service Request:

All requests for changes in services and/or how these services are provided, must be in Writing and addressed to the USDA Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative.
