This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division for Virginia counties (Madison, Page, and Shenandoah). Wage Determination No. 2015-4333, Revision 33, effective May 13, 2026, establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contract work in the specified geographic area.

The document lists over 200 occupation classifications with corresponding hourly wage rates ranging from approximately $13.51 to $58.88 per hour. Occupations span administrative, automotive, food service, furniture maintenance, general services, health, information technology, instructional, laundry, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, and technical categories. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, $222.00 weekly, or $962.08 monthly) or $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13786 ($283.60 weekly or $882.27 monthly). Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year, three weeks after eight years, four weeks after 20 years, minimum eleven paid holidays annually, and night/Sunday pay differentials for applicable positions. Computer professionals earning at least $27.63 hourly may qualify for exemption under 29 U.S.C. 213(a)(1). Hazardous duty differentials of 4 to 8 percent apply to positions involving explosives, ordnance, or hazardous materials. Uniform allowances are reimbursable where required by contract terms or applicable law.
