· To discover voice devices and their location when they are plugged in and accessing the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). The solution shall be able to update the CAIRS records and automatically update the Automatic Number Identification (ANI) and Automatic Location Identification (ALI) Information.

· Ensure solution is 100% compatible with the existing CAIRS and CUCM systems currently in use.

· Ensure solution is configured to meet current Defense Information Systems Agency Security Technical Implementation Guides requirements.

· Provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in this SOO.

· Shall comply with the current Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) telecommunication installation and testing commercial standard and base installation standards.

· All equipment, supplies, and materials provided shall be new and latest edition with full manufacturer warranty. These items shall not be refurbished nor End-of-Life/End-of-Support.

· As a part of the new process, the Air Force (AF) encourages the Contractor to identify or suggest improvements to any requested VoIP processes, operating procedures, systems, or applications to the Contracting Officer (CO).

· Provide training for 10 personnel; on all equipment and software contained in the solution. Training content should include user and technical maintenance aspects of the system.

All quotes should include hardware, software, configuring of equipment, on-site service, labor, travel expenses, training, and additional service contract all at a fixed cost.
