About this file

This document is an attachment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) for Tent Systems to be used during fire suppression, all-hazard incidents, and prescribed project work. The RFQ seeks quotes from small businesses for Incident Blanket Purchase Agreements (I-BPAs) for four types of tent systems ranging from 200-1300 square feet. Vendors must provide daily rates, relocation fees, and pricing for optional items such as vestibules, dividers, and screen walls. Quotes must be submitted for all four tent system types to be considered. The RFQ has a small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 115310 and a $34M size standard. Vendors must have a valid Unique Entity ID (UEI) and active System for Award Management (SAM) registration. The solicitation includes instructions for submitting quotes, key dates, and other administrative requirements. No pre-award inspections will be conducted.

• Provide at least one point of contact for each Designated Dispatch Point (DDP)

• Select One Designated Dispatch Point (DDP) within 450-miles of Host Dispatch Center(s) listed.
